The applications are both online and in the outlets of the respective firms.
“Aspiring entrepreneurs will have to fill up a form and we will jointly select candidates. They will get access to the entire program, which costs Rs 50,000, for free,” said Mayank Kumar, Managing Director of UpGrad.
“There will be promotions in the outlets and the application will be jointly reviewed by the organisations and UpGrad and each one will look at a kind of synergy with their businesses.”
The entrepreneurship programme is 16-weeks long and is broken into three broad topics — idea validation, scaling up and funding, and legal framework.
