A peek into SME vision of Giriraj Singh, the man now in overall command at the MSME Ministry

Team Modi saw a major Cabinet reshuffle on September 3 giving a new minister-in-charge to the MSME industry. Initially a MoS in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Newada MP Giriraj Singh is now entrusted with independent charge, after the exit of a very dedicated Kalraj Mishra, to spearhead the growth engine of Indian economy.

In his tenure under the leadership of Union MSME Minister (then) Kalraj Mishra, Singh has been on the look-out for the growth and full-fledged development of the MSMEs given the continuous faith invested by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the potential that micro, small and medium enterprises inherit to drive the economy of India.

“I ensure to develop the nation on back of MSME sector. Through MSMEs we will fulfill the ‘job creation’ and ‘grossroot upliftment’ dream of Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” said Giriraj Singh on his appointment as the independent charge minister.
