GlobalSpace Technologies Limited to go for SME listing

Even as the SME players in India struggle against the demonetisation blues the BSE SME keeps itself busy with new SME companies willing to get listed on the bourse.

Mumbai based GlobalSpace Technologies Limited (GSTL) is yet another SME company that will be listing itself on the BSE SME platform.

GSTL provides integrated software product platforms and solutions to enable large and medium enterprises embrace mobility and digital technology for their business enhancement.

GSTL also provides domain specific mobility and digital technology products by leveraging contemporary web, mobile technology, big data, analytics and custom hardware to deliver customizable and configurable solutions to different industry verticals.

The Issue size will Rs 10 crore and the Choice capital advisors will be the lead manager for the issue.

There are almost 163 companies that are listed on the SME platform till date. There are as many as 21 companies that have migrated to the mainboard from the SME platform on BSE.
