The vouchers are in the denominations of Rs 500, Rs 1,000 and Rs 5,000.
KVIC Chairman V K Saxena said: “The scheme would particularly be helpful for corporate houses and marketing agencies to gift their employees and clients as it is the new gifting trend in the corporate sections.”
Gift vouchers will be available in all KVICs departmental sales outlets soon.
There is a growing demand of khadi products and the vouchers will be very lucrative in the coming festive seasons, he said.
Quoting Mishra, the commission said that new Khadi India sales outlets will be opened in all capital cities of the state very soon.
