Over a period of time health-tech startups are coming over to make hospitality and nursing more easy by providing various services such as doctor discovery, medicine delivery, hospital management systems and many more.

  1. Health Care at Home

Health Care at Home is a start-up that has came out with an exclusive service of setting up ICU at home and providing home pulmonology services. Apart from this they are also providing with home chemotherapy, post-surgical care, physiotherapy, psychological counseling, maternity, pre and post-natal care, and generic care. It is a joint venture by the promoters of Dabur India. They are planning to touch 15 tier-1 and tier-2 cities across India in the next couple of years.

  1. Life Circle-Health Services

The Hyderabad-based Life Circle-Health Services is a home nursing and professional care giving service provider. The startup recently raised a funding of $150,000 from GROUP SOS, the European senior healthcare service provider. It generally provides subscription-based care giving and home nursing services specifically to bed-ridden and chronically ill seniors in the country.

  1. Vatsalya

Vatsalya is a centre for oral home healthcare that focuses on special needs dentistry and preventive dentistry. Founded by Dr Srivats Bharadwaj in 2003. It recently launched its 24/7 emergency home dental care services. It provides end-to-end dental treatment at your doorstep. Recently pre-series A round of funding of Rs 11 crore was acquired by Vatsalya from S-Squared Captial Investments, USA. In addition it provides services like surgical removal of teeth, laser surgeries, complete or partial denture prosthesis, root canal therapy and fixed and bridge crown prosthesis.

  1. Zoctr

Zoctr is a home healthcare aggregator platform that offers platform to offers supportive and palliative care. Founded by Nidhi Saxena, Zoctr raised a funding from Krishnan Gupta, Founder of Organic Wellness, Sandeep Parwal , Founder of SPA Capital and a few other angel investors of $1 million. Zoctr integrates several health services like doctor appointments, home health services, telehealth, medical equipment, remote monitoring services, pharmacy, laboratory and ambulatory support. It is present in Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata.

  1. Care24

Founded in 2014, Care24 is a Mumbai-based home healthcare platform. It was started by a team of IIT-Mumbai alumni  Abhishek Tiwari, Pranshu Sharma, Garima Tripathi and Vipin Pathak.The start-Up is running successfully as it clocked 600 transactions in a day during the February of this year. The startup raised a series A funding of $4 million led by SAIF Partners and seed investor India Quotient. They have a good network of 24×7 nurses, attendants, and certified physiotherapists, who help individuals through the rehabilitation process.
