With an increment from 16 to 600 bats being manufactured on a daily basis, the company today employs 250-300 workers and trains them to turn raw materials into world class products.

The company does its manufacturing through traditional way of hand-work with a minimal usage of machines. Even so, the company has found a place in international market and is used by professional Cricket players which in itself is a testament of ‘Small is Big’.

BDM cricket bats have found their popularity not just in countries like India, Australia, England, etc but many other countries where cricket is traditionally not played.
The company sources its raw materials from reputed and trustworthy local as well as international vendors to ensure immaculate standards of quality.
BDM was awarded with National Award for Quality Product in the year 2005.
