Industrial units of Haryana have bagged maximum national awards in the categories of micro, small and medium (MSME) enterprises announced by the Central government.

State industries minister Capt. Abhimanyu said that it is a big achievement for Haryana as out of the total 37 national awards announced so far by the Union ministry of micro, small and medium enterprises, 14 awards have been won by Haryana. The award winners’ medium and small enterprises are Siddharth Petro Products, Manesar, Rai Enterprises Ambala, Concurrent Control System Private Ltd. Manesar, HSG India Limited Manesar, Sri Jagdamba Agrico Exports Private Lt. Karnal, Aroma Agrotech Private Limited Gharaunda, JD Hoestus and Cranes Private Limited Bahadurgarh, Beri Udyog Limited Karnal, Energy Engineers Faridabad, Farmcam Bahadurgarh, Jai Shri Rasayan Udyog Limited Sonipat, Everest Blower Systems Private Limited, Worldfa Exports Private Limited Kundli Sonipat and Wiking Garment, Ambala.

The minister said that these awards would be conferred upon to these units by the President or the Prime Minister in a national award ceremony to be organized in the month of January 2016. The prime objective of the state government was to extend maximum facilities to MSMEs in the state so that they could further contribute in development of the state through better performance. He said that special package is also announced for promotion of MSMEs in new Enterprise Promotion Policy 2015 announced by the state government.
