Minister of Industry and Commerce of Haryana Government, Vipul Goel has said that the state government has initiated several initiatives for the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
With focus on cluster development, the state will initiate tasks to provide technical support to 25 clusters through its mini cluster scheme in next 2 years (by 2019), the minister informed via his twitter account.

He tweeted that the state plans to organise awareness workshops for the MSMEs of Haryana to make way for an easy access to finance in at least 10 districts in the coming 4 months (by October of 2017). With this, the state’s MSMEs are expected to grasp a good pace of development.

Significantly, the Haryana government is also encouraging the micro, small and medium enterprises of the state through e-Commerce. The government is aggressively working to introduce and link MSME sector to e-Commerce platforms. In the same regard, the government has also prepared a new MSME policy for the state, which is expected to be implemented soon.
Recently, a sum of Rs 248 crore has been released for the reconstruction of industrial areas by the state government.
