CM Raghubar DasJamshedpur: Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Raghubar Das has appealed the youths belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes to become job creators through the Startup India Action Plan. There is a shortage of bus services in rural areas of the state, for which 400 buses will be provided to youths under the scheme, he said. The Chief Minister was laying foundation stones of Chhath Ghat and a park in Baridih-Bhojpur Colony, of worth Rs 94 lakh, on June 18.

Under Startup India, the state government will improve the transportation system in rural areas by providing subsidy to buyers. There are no transport services in areas such as Parsudih-Sarjamda. The residents are compelled to walk for miles to reach Jamshedpur. The heads of these areas were appealed to part-take under the Startup India scheme. Interested candidates can register their names with the Block Development Officer of the region.

Education is the key tool

The Chief Minister told that in the current financial year, the state government has made a provision of Rs 700 crore for skill development with the aim to educate youths and make them skilled and self-sufficient. To prevent migration of Jharkhand inhabitants, the government is committed to generate more and more jobs within the state itself, he added.
