With the theme ‘Transforming The Food Economy’, World Food India is coming with The Food Processing Start-Up Awards from November 3 to November 5, at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.

The Food Processing Start-Up Awards is an attempt to recognize start-ups that have significantly contributed towards the growth and development of food processing sector through path-breaking technology and innovations across the processed food value chain and ecosystem.

Students and entrepreneurs can apply for the program. The last date for submission of applications will be on September 25.

The evaluation stage 1 presentations will take place from October 1 to October 15.

The program will focus on four areas- Innovative Food Products, Innovative Technology, Innovative Processing, Innovative Packaging and Innovative Marketing.

Participants will get the chance to be recognised amongst key-stakeholders in food processing and allied sector, and they will also get the opportunity to pitch for funding from financial institutions. Opportunity will also be given to the participants to interact with global and domestic CEOs and interface with union and state government.
