esOnline medicine delivery aggregator eSwasthya.in raised undisclosed angel fund from Lothal Angel Ventures while food tech focused analytic platform – Jolly Food Fellow has raised its pre-series A round of funding by angel investor Janak Parikh, MD of Malibu Group.

Ahmedabad-based startup eSwasthya.in, provides healthcare products delivery at patient’s door step. Has also has offline model, where the customer can get door step delivery done by the nearest store or it has option to pick up the medicine from the nearest store at discounted rate. Currently, it has 40 thousand plus customer and operates in Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Nasik. After the funding, it plans to spread across Gujarat.

“With rising demand for accessible healthcare, it’s worth investing in healthcare start-up segment. Healthcare segment is ever green segment when it comes to getting customers” said Manasvi Thapar, Co-Founder, Lothal Angel Ventures, a Ahmedabad based angel network.

While another Ahmedabad-based company, Jolly Food Fellow, a food tech startup also raised an undisclosed angel funding. It is into analytics driven marketing that facilities customer loyalty management, analytics-led engagement and a scalable branding platform for food retail vendors. “The fresh infusion of funds will fuel our market expansion and development of analytics platform” said Rajiv Sharma, Co-Founder, Jolly Food Fellow.

Last year, Jolly Food Fellow had raised its first angel fund of Rs 2 crore.
