India will soon be in the fore front in the global innovations and technology for socio economic development. The department of Science and technology will install over 50 super computers across the country in this direction. This was announced by the centre at the Global R and D summit 2017 at Bengaluru.
Among the participating nations Russia, sees India as a destination for R& D innovations and looks forward to associate with start up and be a partner with India in creating an infrastructure for collaborative ventures.
The round-table on science and technology and research co-operation between India and Russia spelt out the industry linkages. They also signed a declaration on innovations and socio economic and industrial development thru start ups.
While Russia has been a partner with India in nuclear energy sector , Russia sees a huge potential in the start up ecosystem that India has created and hopes to be a mutual partner. Russia and India have expressed interest in fostering innovation driven entrepreneurship and investment for commercialization . Russia is enthused by the Inidan governments policy on Make in India and start ups.
Young entrepreneurs and Industrialists from India also see the mutual growth with Russia in areas of IoT, Cyber security, medical technology research as hitech innovations for teh start up and incubators. Young CEO like Suhas Gopinath who led a delegation to Russia with 10 start ups sees it as a goldmine of oppurtunty.
Russia has huge natural resources and India as a knowledge hub and human resource can synergise to strengthen ties between them. And the partnership between Russia and India can grow multilateral, cultural and socio economic growth.
