Baskar_SubramaniamAmagi, India’s largest TV ad network has launched its new TV campaign, ‘Bada Socho.TV Socho’ (Think Big, Think TV), encouraging entrepreneurs to target their audience on national TV. Amagi’s patented watermarking technology enables it to split national ad inventory and sell it regionally to advertisers for as little as Rs. 250. This innovation from Amagi makes TV a crucial advertising medium, instantly accessible to a new breed of small and medium businesses and entrepreneurs in India.

The Amagi TVC draws on the difficult trade-offs entrepreneurs make in order to achieve their goals. The TVC portrays that in the quest of doing something big, every entrepreneur dreams of seeing their brand on TV, and Amagi turns this into reality by making TV advertising easy and affordable.

Created in-house in collaboration with Black Global Solutions, a production house based in Bangalore, the TVC will be aired on Amagi’s partner channels. In fact, staying true to the promise of the commercial, Amagi is geo-targeting its own TVC in priority markets to specifically speak to the SME audience.

With the objective of growing its customer base, Amagi is also recruiting SME channel partners across the country who will operate as an extended sales team.

Stressing on the importance of the development of SMEs, Baskar Subramanian, Co-founder of Amagi, said, “We believe that TV should be democratized for everyone. Amagi’s geo-targeted TV advertising technology provides the opportunity for entrepreneurs to grow exponentially and focus on their target markets at minimal costs. There is no greater satisfaction for an entrepreneur than to see his dreams unfold right before him, on TV. And Amagi’s TVC is all about that.”

Amagi believes that its TVC will make a deep impact on the advertising industry and help in expanding the footprint of many Indian SMEs. So far, the company has reported 80 per cent of its customers as first-time TV advertisers. In addition to helping advertisers create their very own TVCs, Amagi’s My Media Plan provides customized ad packages.
