Edugild showcases start-up innovations at ‘Aurora 2017’


This is the biggest start-up summit in the central and northern India, and it was the first time for the entire edtech start-up ecosystem to come together under a roof.


edtech startupGlobal Edtech Start-up Accelerator ‘EDUGILD’ organised a two-day International Edtech Immersion Summit ‘AURORA 2017’ in Delhi from July 19-20 to provide start-ups with a platform to showcase their innovative ideas and business models among key stakeholders.

The programme showcased portfolio of companies under EDUGILD to the world. Start-ups from NCR, Bangalore, Indore, Mumbai, Pune, Great Boston Area and San Francisco participated in the summit. This is the biggest start-up summit in the central and northern India, and it was the first time for the entire edtech start-up ecosystem to come together under a roof.

The inaugauration of the summit was done by Deepak Bagla, Managing Director & CEO, Invest India along with Sanjay Kaul, Managing Director, and Cisco India on invitation of Rishi Kapal, CEO & Global Strategist, EDUGILD and his team, at IIT Delhi campus.

During the summit, there were discussions on augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), 3D and gamification and provided insights into next generation skills and jobs management.

The summit also held engaging sessions for start-ups on thought provoking topics.
