SaaS technology is the part of cloud computing that provides many business applications like payroll processing software, enterprise resource planning (ERP), human resource management (HRM), customer relationship management (CRM), management information systems (MIS) and many other management software. This service is generally referred to as on-demand software, provided by a third party provider to the customers hosting some applications over the Internet. One of such providers is Omnify providing its services worldwide.

The Omnify was established by Manik Mehta, an Engineer, and Kabandi Saikia, a Delhi University Alumni. This California-based company has recently secured the funding of $150,000, equivalent to Rs 96 lakh. The funding was mainly led by Rajan Anandan (MD of Google India), LD Sharma (CEO of Shoogloo Group) and Saurabh Arora (co-founder of Airwoot) and some investors from the Let’s Venture platform.

The leading investor, Rajan Anandan said, “Omnify is a strong global SaaS product focussed on a large global market – ecommerce enabling small service businesses. The company is seeing solid traction. This is a very lean, technical team that knows how to growth hack.” Other investors are also excited about the further progress of Omnify.

The company claims to use this funding in the expansion of its operations and services helping the small business to grow faster.

Omnify is a SaaS platform serving small services business around the world, launched in 2016 with the aim of building a platform to help businesses manage their scheduling, selling omnichannel and better engagement with their customers. Hundreds of professionals across the world have been using Omnify to sell and schedule their services online. Omnify serves around 56 countries of the world supporting over 850 businesses and more than 1600 professionals, having crossed online transactions worth over $250K. It provides many applications including website, booking system, payment processing, scheduling and customer management, at one place to its customers.

The company uses technology stack like jQuery, HTML5, Javascript, PHP, Tomcat, Selenium, Java, Google Analytics, Google Drive, Postman, WordPress, Paypal, Bootstrap, Amazon S3 and a lot more.
