Tata Docomo Business Services (TDBS), an enterprise service provider is betting big on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Karnataka with emphasis on digital transformation of traditional brick-and-mortar companies across verticals.
Karnataka, one of the largest industrial states in India has a large base of SMEs contributing to the overall growth of the state economy.

Singh said that Karnataka is a key market driving growth for TDBS, registering a 15% year-on-year growth vis-à-vis 8-9% industry growth in the SME segment for the year 2015-16. The company has been focusing business across segments in the region including IT/ITEs, Start-Ups, E-Commerce, BFSI, Bio-Technology, Manufacturing, etc.
Also, Bangalore which is emerging as a global hub of start-ups across business segments such as IT, e-commerce, bio-tech, fin-tech, edu-tech. All these sectors outsource their Information and Communication Technology (ICT) requirements to focus on their core business.
Tata Docomo provides Enterprise Services like Collaboration (Video/Audio Conferencing), Connectivity (Voice and Data), Mobility Solutions, and new age digital technologies such as Internet-of-Things (IoT)/Machine-to-Machine (M2M) have found a steady uptake in the local market.
