Chat-based health and fitness platform FitCircle has tied up some of India’s leading insurance and health brokers including Aon, United Healthcare, MediManage and Marsh to reach out to their corporate clients.
The target is to reach out to 2,000 companies over the next three years, FitCircle Co-Founder Aarti Gill.
She said these brokers will in turn offer Fit-Circle’s service to their clients to improve employee health as well as engagement.
Increasingly, insurance companies also offer wellness solutions to companies in a bid to lower the premium companies have to pay. This is the segment Fit-Circle will be trying to tap into. Individual companies such as P&G, Medtronics and Nielsen are already using FitCircle to increase employee engagement.
Gill said that in addition to the corporate programmes, the company recently moved to a chat-based platform using chat bots across messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram and Slack.
