Nisha PrakashWe love to look for things that we can fall in love with again and again from all over the world. But the world is like a deep ocean full of precious pearls. To find the rarest of rare of these pearls in e-Commerce space, a brave diver Covetlo dives deep to find and provide them to the kings/queens in you.

Covetlo is a Big Data Analytics company first and foremost, striving to create a personalized and differentiated shopping experience for users. As the image growth remains strong across the various social media platform, image monetization options are rising. At Covetlo, every image is shoppable.

Covetlo captures 50-100 attributes on each clicked and coveted image to map the user and collects data points on customer preferences, styles, social circle and activities. We use these data points with high-end algorithms and embedded deep machine learning to improve the product selection and display, customized for every user, hence increasing the chances of conversion (i.e. item will be purchased)”, says Covetlo Founder Nisha Prakash.

More information collected, better the probability of success, stronger consumer engagement and increased wallet share. Chances are very likely that on Covetlo, you will find exactly, what you have been looking for.

Excerpts from an exclusive interaction with Nisha Prakash of Covetlo:

Background of Promoter

I have a degree in Interactive Media from Melbourne University and an MBA. I have worke in the Film and gaming industry, where I worked on big projects for Warner Brothers, Microsoft Xbox, etc. I have also worked as corporate trainer for first ten years before going back to university fulltime to study Interactive Media.

The initial period- the challenges &the ecstasy of quick wins!

Finding the right people to start your company with and create the product is always the biggest challenge of all. Not everyone is cut for entrepreneurship or working in a start up, which is very different from the regular workplace. This is a bootstrapped company yet, so frugality is a way of life. But the sheer thrill of watching people using the product and growing numbers of users on the platform makes it worth the while.

The journey so far!

c-logoThe journey so far has been absolutely amazing! It’s a thrilling to see what the product is capable of doing and the interest from the investor’s community. Winning a finalist seat at Tipping point has also been a great platform to get noticed.

The future, as you see, 3 years from now in terms of scope & scale of your business enterprise

We are looking to explode in 2017. We aim to delight the users with our unique concept. In next three years we want to make coveting favorite national pastime and a way for searching and discovering all kinds of products.

Key moments of reckoning in your business life

First moment of reckoning was when we developed our product with just a team of two developers. They have worked very hard to build this product and it was a moment of reckoning to realize that big things can be created with a small group of passionate people.

Next moment of reckoning came with the user delight with our user testing of the MPV. It was humbling to realize that delighting our user is the ultimate goal after all.

Your feelings on getting the first big order / contract for your company

We are not a service company hence there is no order or contract. However, crossing the first 50,000 clicks was an amazing feat and our team rejoiced in that.
