Background of Promoter
I was born in Dehradun, passed out from Hope Town Girls Boarding school, graduated from Lancaster University England and have been successful in expanding my family business from one family entertainment centre to four of them now.
In June 2015 I founded Dehradun Drum Circle, a community where people come from all walks of life to express themselves via music, dance or any sort of art. Today 20,000 people follow this movement.
The journey so far!
It has been a rollercoaster ride, as it is difficult in India to breakthrough with alternative and sustainable products & services.

Key moments of reckoning in business life
I still remember the moment and the date when I fell ill with Dengue; this was not just any other viral fever for me rather it was a call out for life and death. This one-month of complete bed rest gave me the time to think. I realised that my ultimate purpose in life is to empower people and that is what I have been doing since the day I was born.
One day, while appointing a sales boy for my family business, a conversation with him gave me food of thought to do something for the rural India. I started researching on Indian history, constitution, economy and geography. And April 2016 was the birth of Evolve.
The feelings on getting the first big order / contract for your company
The feeling was of a sense of achievement that what we are doing is not stupid and concepts like Evolve will be very successful and impactful one day in the world history.
