Background of Promoter
As a travel enthusiast I founded TripXOXO in 2015 as a go to destination for travellers looking for fantastic activities & trips, interesting experience and exciting deals.
Prior to TripXOXO, I have founded TravelPort along with Javed in 2002. TravelPort started as a small garage start-up, which has today grown to become one of the leading offline travel agency in India. Being wanderlust at heart, I have travelled across the globe to experience different destinations and culture, my favourite being London, Berlin, Boston and Rome. My success mantra is ‘schedule, prioritise, empower, trust yourself & let go’.
The initial period- the challenges & the ecstasy of quick wins!
Challenges have to be part of every journey as your learnings are derived from the same. Getting a team who has a same drive for creating a unique business proposition, scouting for what you are promising to your customers, engaging with them and creating community of individual travel experts on our platform were few of the challenges and achievements in short.
We have been building a strong community of travellers. On an average our portal receives over 5000 plus unique visitors each week looking for unique travel experiences. Over last couple of years we have been privileged to handle journeys of more than 4 million travellers and look forward to handling many more. Journey so far was challenging and of great learning, working on a TripXOXO has boosted my confidence to the next level, we promise in providing unique experiences and for that you have to really work hard towards scouting such locations, activities, places which are not commonly ventured by travellers and keep adding new things.
