Start-ups, entrepreneurs, students, investors and others experts to congregate at i5 Summit, an event hosted by IIT-Indore and IIM-Indore to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship in the country and support young entrepreneurs by connecting them with investors and mentors to take their ideas to the next level.
The two-day entrepreneurial carnival which takes place in IIM Indore will be held from 20th to 21st August, 2016.
The event would witness keynote speakers like Anand Govindaluri, Founder & CEO, Govin Capital ; GV Ravishankar, Managing Partner, Sequoia ; Bipin Preet Singh, CEO, Mobikwik ; Falguni Nayar, CEO, Nykaa ; Prem Singh, Global President HR, Wockhardt ; Ravi Venkatesan, Chairman, Bank of Baroda ; Padmaja Ruparel, President, Indian Angel Network ; Taru Kapoor, Head Operations, Tinder India ; Samar Singla, Founder and CEO, Jugnoo amongst others.
The workshops at i5 Summit are specially being designed to hone people’s business skills besides giving them a glimpse of the start-up world. A special feature of the event is ‘Get Funded’, an angel funding competition, which is open to start-ups from all over the country.
The platform gives start-ups to raise Rs 15 lakh by selling a minority stake in case they win the competition.
This time, the TATA Trust has committed a handsome funding to turn the best social sector venture into reality.
