Recognizing the growing importance of the MSME sector, the Central and the State governments have shifted their focus towards the micro, small and medium enterprises as they are rapidly announcing various sops to boost the sector.
State chief minister Vasudhara Raje, during the launch of the state MSME policy today said, “I’m sure the #MSME Policy 2015 will prove to be a turnaround for Medium & Small Scale Industries.”
After launching the much awaited policy during the ongoing Resurgent Rasathan Summit, Raje said, “Our intent is to provide a habitat that allows small units in State to attain competence levels that will make them globally competitive.”
She said, the policy has been launched to further process of improving G2B interface.
“In Rajasthan, more than 90% of industries are MSMEs and are valuable components of supply chains of many large corporations. MSMEs are close to my heart. My association with this sector goes back to my stint as Minister of State for SSI & Khadi,” Raje said.
MSMEs are where the success of @makeinindia lies. With this appreciation we dedicate #Day2 of #ResurgentRajasthan exclusively to this sector, she said.
